Let’s get together with our SOAR friends for some summertime fun!

We’ll enjoy the outdoors and learn a thing or two about fishing and each other. Fishing poles, bait and all equipment will be provided.

Special Opportunities Available in Recreation (SOAR) exists to maintain and enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through comprehensive, specialized recreation programs, activities and special events. S.O.A.R. is jointly sponsored by the City of Bloomington and Town of Normal. Faith Partners and friends serve and build relationships through a variety of activities.
