The Bible from 35,000 Feet – Daniel

Pastor Brian Goke describes Daniel’s decades long exile as a slave in that most wicked Godless place – Babylon. God showed Daniel the end of the story which gave Daniel peace and confidence to thrive in the place God sent him. He engaged with the culture without conforming to its patterns. Daniel remained faithful and obedient, trusting God to use his circumstances for God’s glory. As Jesus followers, we too know the end of the story – Jesus wins! We’re sent into the world to bear the light and love of Jesus Christ to those around us. In spite of attack from the enemy, we can stand on God’s word, rest in his promise, and live our lives for Jesus!
