Blessed to be a Blessing (Tabitha)

Pastor Brian Goke describes Tabitha as a disciple of Jesus who acted on her faith. Tabitha understood her God given gifts and faithfully used those gifts to fill a need for widows around her. The most important part of Tabitha’s story, though, is that God brought her back to life. We celebrate her story so that future generations may know of God’s miraculous movement to bring her back. Tabitha’s testimony is our testimony too. While we were dead in our sin, God, the author and sustainer, brought us back to life! He calls us to dream big, be faithful in using the gifts he has given, and continue on as growing disciples who grow disciples!
