The Gospel of John 11:1-46

We forget so easily. When we forget, be reminded! Pastor Brian reminds us that the raising of Lazarus is a picture of being a follower of Jesus. Our first thought should be to seek Jesus honestly even in the midst of our grief, anger, questions, and struggles. He loves, understands, and has compassion for us. Following Martha’s example, it’s important that we know who Jesus is and proclaim his identity – theology matters. Jesus calls to us just as he called Lazarus, we cannot raise ourselves. He saved us and has set us free! Let’s arise!
