The Gospel of John 17:20-26

Pastor Brian Goke points out that Jesus’ work on the cross has already unified his believers who have surrendered to him as Lord and Savior. While we are unified in this “the invisible church”, we still have to live and serve in the visible. Jesus knows that the very thing that can undo us is one another, so he prays for us! Our unity in Jesus can be a witness to others. This is one reason we support church plants that remain faithful to the gospel and teachings of Jesus Christ regardless of denomination. By doing so, we reflect the hope in Jesus’ prayer for unity among his believers!
