The Bible from 35,000 Feet – Micah

Pastor Brian Goke presents the minor prophet, Micah, who was called by God to speak truth and proclaim the birth and divine origin of the Messiah 700 years before Jesus entered human history. Micah identified idol worship, injustice, deception, corruption, and division as problems for God’s people. We face these problems today! While there is consequence for sin, Micah reminded the people of God’s unchanging promise to delight in showing unfailing love and mercy. Like the ancients, we should daily cast our sin before him and trust in his promise. Jesus’ work at the cross freed us to practice doing what is right, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God!
