Acts 8:25-40

Pastor Brian Goke asserts that the story of the Acts 8 church is the power of one. Philip, chosen by the Apostles, said yes to telling about Jesus and experienced the revival in Samaria. Philip was so surrendered to Jesus that he obediently left the excitement of the many to meet one along a desert road. Every book of the Bible points to Jesus. Like Philip, we can begin anywhere and simply tell of Jesus and what he has done; trusting the Holy Spirit to move. Do we care enough about the many and the one?
