Pastor Brian Goke encourages us in responding to the call to evangelism. As Christ followers, we understand the good news of the gospel. For people who don’t walk with Jesus, it isn’t obvious how good the Good News is! Our decision to communicate the gospel, or not, can have eternal consequence. God gave a model for reproducing our faith in Acts 9. Ananias obediently went to be in relationship with Saul/Paul and steady him after his encounter with the living God. Ananias spoke clearly and simply to Paul about Jesus. He invited Paul to experience growth with a community of disciples. In practical ways, let’s respond to our mission call to be – growing disciples who grow disciples!
