Acts 4:23-37

Pastor Brian Goke looks to actions of the early church and God’s response recorded in Acts 4 as a model for our own prayer life. With the believers’ personal experiences with Jesus, his teachings fresh in their memory, and the Holy Spirit dwelling in them, they prayed together with confidence that God would hear them. Today we have resources available to enhance our time in prayer. Guided by scripture, we too can come confidently to God in reverence with bold and specific prayer. Then we should make time to carefully listen for his response!
