Pastor Brian Goke challenges us to hear Jesus’ message recorded in Matthew 6 and, in humility, take action to become more and more unselfish with our resources. Like the ancients, we are directed to view money as a tool and not allow it to become an idol. Jesus invites us to keep a pure heart and focus on investing in eternal relationships and growing God’s kingdom. Looking to Jesus and serving others helps us maintain a clear vision. When we become followers of Jesus, we become his willing servants. Through our strong (open) hands, the Lord who owns us can develop our generosity!
