The Bible from 35,000 Feet – Zechariah

Pastor Brian Goke discusses Zechariah’s prophetic, messianic messages for the discouraged remnant who returned to Jerusalem. Humans need to (1) be in right relationship with God and (2) prepare for death. As Zechariah prophesied, Messiah Jesus lovingly rescued people from sin and death through substitutionary atonement. Jesus took on God’s wrath and allowed us to take on his righteousness and be reconciled to our Creator. We have peace and hope to navigate life and face death with confidence. In his 2nd coming, Jesus will be victorious in battle against powers and principalities of this world. Let’s be reconciled and ready to experience Messiah’s 2nd coming and his abundant, reign and rule!
