Blessed to be a Blessing (Nehemiah)

Pastor Brian Goke provides context for Nehemiah’s move from a fairly comfortable position as the Persian king’s cupbearer to the ruin of Jerusalem. The rebuilding of Jerusalem’s wall equated to the physical, mental, and spiritual rebuilding of God’s people. Nehemiah demonstrated his gifts for effective teamwork – praying, responding to God’s call, vision casting, expecting opposition, and taking action. God continues to work through teams as evidenced throughout the history of the church. How are we collaborating and serving today as partners of Team Jesus?
